As part of the iTaekwon-Do Learning Series tm, this application provides a video that shows second degree black belt Kenny Nagel demonstrating the Palgwe(6) form, a second video that shows the form with step by step instructions, and an illustrated list of the moves and stances. The Palgwe(6) Yuk Jang poomse (form) was created in Korea by the Korea Taekwondo Association. Palgwe(6) Yuk Jang is the sixth in a series of eight Palgwe forms.
